Our Story
We've built our life, and our business, on faith, relentless hard work, and a whole lotta love. We're authentic people who didn't set out to pioneer the wedding industry, we just knew back in 2010 the market was ready for a change. Young couples wanted more than cookie cutter banquet facilities, and we had a vision we knew they would love.
We would give them a meaningful space, with fascinating architectural detail, and an unexpected water feature not found anywhere else. We would give them a piece of history with a triumphant story to tell. We would bring the old church back to life as a gorgeous wedding venue, without restrictions or unrelateable rules.
In 2010, Sepia (pronounced "See-Pea-Uh" a term used to describe old vintage brown and white photographs) was born. With a lot of grit and determination, and the best clients under the sun, the calendar filled up year after year. By 2016, we knew it was time to look for a second venue. As luck would have it, we found another beautiful church for sale in quaint Two Rivers, just 35 minutes south of the Green Bay venue. The Two Rivers venue was awarded the prestigious "Best Historic Renovation" by Wisconsin Main Street back in 2017!
Our business has evolved to include full-scale receptions, private and social events, fundraisers, and more, but the foundation remains... our venues exist to share stories of family, friendship, and love!
